The Serial’Generations project, focusing on daily soap operas from Occitanie, invites us to explore taste and food through images and stories. It aims to reflect on the role of cooking in the challenges of audiovisual writing.
The round table will bring together researchers (in film and audiovisual studies, information and communication sciences, psychology) and audiovisual professionals to explore and understand the stakes and uses of cooking and the theme of food in series, particularly in daily shows.
