Composed in 1741, the Goldberg Variations are among the peaks of Bach's work. Starting from a simple aria, thirty variations explore all forms of counterpoint, between virtuosity, poetry, and rigor. In this version for string trio, the music unfolds in three lively voices, where violin, viola, and cello engage in clear dialogue. The Trio Claret - Gérard Claret and his sons Sergi and Jordi - infuses this fresco with a rare intensity, supported by an extremely harmonious listening.
