WED OCTOBER 7
ARABESQUES
About
From September 8 to 20, 2026
Arabesques returns to Montpellier with a bold program blending world music, jazz, and contemporary creations.
For its 21st edition, the festival reaffirms its role as a cultural crossroads between the Mediterranean and beyond. Concerts, stand-up, exhibitions, and meetings will take place in several iconic venues, from the Opéra Comédie to the Domaine d’O, including the Halle Tropisme.
Highlights include the opening with Oum and Bachar Mar-Khalifé, a tribute to Christophe, hybrid performances that bridge tradition and modernity (Imarhan, Ino Casablanca, Sahravane), as well as a significant focus on jazz featuring Anouar Brahem. Comedian Amine Radi will add a touch of lightness.
The festival will conclude beautifully with Yasmine Hamdan and Souad Massi for a finale under the stars.
