Virginia Woolf's answer lies in the delirious journey of her protagonist through four centuries, where Orlando will be, in turn, the favorite of Elizabeth I, the lover of a Russian princess, an ambassador, a socialite, an aspiring poet, bisexual, and a writer, successively and all at once.

An ode to emancipatory imagination against times when the assaults of reality suffocate us, Katia Ferreira's staging embraces the fantasy of the novel without diminishing the violence of the patriarchal, classist, and colonial dominations denounced by the author.
