On the occasion of the 3rd edition of La Nage du Cœur, organized by the Languedoc-Roussillon Cardiology Association (ACLR), the TOM association is hosting a session on life-saving techniques at the Olympie gymnasium. In the event of a cardiac arrest, every minute counts: come learn the essential techniques to save a life.
The day continues at the Angelotti Olympic pool (free swimming, aquagym, first aid workshops all day) and at the Village du Cœur, Place de Thessalie: screening for cardiovascular risk factors, booths from associations and teams from the CHU of Montpellier. Two conferences titled "The Heart of Teens" will take place at 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
