Immersion: Breathwork and Live Music (Ambient DJ Set)

Welcome to this first edition combining Breathwork and Live Music
An immersive session where breath and music meet, allowing us to dive deep into our feelings, at our own pace.

How does the session unfold?
Opening the space together, explanation of the process and presentation of the breathing technique.
The DJ set begins and accompanies the grounding meditation followed by 40 minutes of conscious and circular breathing.
End of the breathing, total relaxation to the vibrations of the music.
Closing the space together.

Who is this session for?
No level required, except for contraindications (to be validated at the time of booking).
The practice is open to everyone, of all genders and orientations.

Who are we?
Diva, known by her stage name QINTI, a hummingbird in Quechua, is a Franco-Bolivian artist who mixes and produces. She loves to take her audience on a progressive, dancing, and winding sound journey.
Estelle, a Breathwork facilitator for several years, also teaches traditional pranayama and yoga Nidra. I currently offer sessions in French and English in Montpellier and Paris.

We are also two friends who met last year in Montpellier. Diva has participated in several of my Breathwork sessions, and conversely, I have accompanied Diva on several of her sets.
Music plays a very important part in our lives, and we decided to combine these two practices to create an immersive space.
