The long-awaited return of an extraordinary gourmet evening! Domaine Carcenac invites you to discover a surprising, authentic, and delicate food & wine pairing: chocolate meets the estate's wines.

A complete menu, entirely chocolate-based, has been crafted with Alice (Ô Gourmandises d'Alice) and Jérémy Phez (Umami Traiteur), to showcase chocolate in all its forms. Throughout the meal, Alice, Jérémy, and Cédric, the estate's winemaker, will introduce you to the terroir of the wines, the origins of chocolate, and the blending work behind each pairing.

An evening designed for wine and chocolate lovers, both indulgent and gourmet, organized the day after World Chocolate Day!
