The Experience from Vine to Glass - Domaine de Borie Vieille

Discover a profession, a territory, a terroir, a moment of exchange and sharing, with the presentation and history of the Gaillac vineyard and the family estate, followed by a visit to the vines and cellars, a technical journey on vine cultivation and the different methods of winemaking, ending with a tasting of 4 wines: 2 dry whites and 2 reds featuring the emblematic and representative grape varieties of our Gaillac vineyard. Upon request, access to the tasting of other wines from the estate.
