Wine and Cheese Tasting Workshop - Maison des Vins de Gaillac

In the heart of the Abbey of Saint Michel, a historic building in the Gaillac vineyard, we invite you to enjoy a unique and friendly moment during our tasting courses.
Learn the basics of oenology thanks to the professionalism of a renowned oenologist!

Francine Calmels, a professional oenologist, will introduce you to the Gaillac terroir in a fun and gourmet way. You will learn to develop your perception of aromas and flavors.

To maintain a comfortable tasting experience and ensure everyone has a place, courses are limited to 20 people.

Gift vouchers are available.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the course date; otherwise, the amount cannot be refunded. For gift vouchers, if the cancellation period is exceeded, the voucher will be considered used.

Our courses are suitable for everyone, from beginners to connoisseurs.
