Discover the winemaker's profession with Jérôme, Jean-Marie, or Amélie.

How can we talk about wine without discussing the vine?

The visit begins as soon as you arrive, right in the heart of our terroir, amidst our precious vines. Here, we cover all the stages of the vine's evolution, from bud break to harvest. We will present the authentic grape varieties of the vineyard and the different terroirs that make it unique.

Next, we move to our winemaking cellar, where it's cool! Here, we discuss transformation... how grapes become wine, and the crucial steps in wine production. Then, you will stroll among our barrels, at the heart of our aging cellar. This is where our wines develop their unique character.

Before moving on to the tasting (we know this is the most anticipated moment), we will take a quick look at our bottling area. At Domaine La Croix des Marchands, we have our own bottling and labeling line. Once the wine is bottled, it just waits to be tasted.

Tasting is not allowed for minors (you'll have to wait a bit longer).
