In winter/spring:

In spring, you will be invited to walk through our plots to discover step by step the history of each grape variety. Upon your arrival, we will head into the vineyards to explore the Gaillac grape varieties, their history, their uniqueness, and their pruning techniques. Amélie will introduce you to the estate, our work, and our terroirs.

The visit will continue in the cellar with a presentation of our winemaking and aging cellar.

Before the tasting, we will challenge you with a little scent game to learn more about the aromas of each grape variety. Then we will conclude with a tasting of a selection of the estate's wines.

During the harvest:

This is the perfect time for this visit!

During the harvest, our visit takes on a whole new dimension. After an introduction to the estate and our terroirs, you will discover the Gaillac grape varieties at the heart of the cellar. We will taste the juices of the grape varieties that have just arrived in the cellar directly at the foot of the tanks and barrels.

The visit will end with a tasting of the wines in the tasting room to discover the impact of the grape varieties in the blends.

Rates: Adult: €20 (1.5-hour visit and tasting of 5 wines).
