On the occasion of the Night Heritage event, the Château de Flaugergues invites you to an exceptional night tour themed: "Flaugergues, 1942-1972, in the time of René and Jacqueline de Saizieu"
After a welcome drink in the cellar, embark on a journey through the history of the château via the fate of René and Jacqueline de Saizieu.
This tour will allow you to relive the adventurous life of a young Saint-Cyr officer in the Sahara during the interwar period, the years of captivity in Germany during World War II, when the château became a Luftwaffe garrison between 1942 and 1944, and the revival of the estate starting in 1946.
As a special highlight, the Tree of Life room will be open to the public during this evening.
A unique stroll through the history of the Château de Flaugergues and Montpellier's heritage, illuminated by the night.
