As part of World Opera Day

Since 2012, World Opera Day has celebrated each year a total art form, capable of moving, surprising, and transporting all audiences. To prove this to you, the Opéra Orchestre marks the event with two lyrical evenings at the Opéra Comédie. Faust, Carmen, La Bohème, Turandot, The Magic Flute, Die Fledermaus… melodies you may have already heard or even hummed.

Soprano Audrey Maignan, a young talent trained at the Conservatoire de Paris and winner of several international competitions, embodies these works with the Orchestre national Montpellier under the direction of Victor Jacob, a revelation conductor at the 2023 Victoires de la Musique, familiar with our stage and particularly at ease in the lyrical repertoire. A celebration of the voice to honor what is most universal about opera.
