Autumn Sensory Walks

On the hills of Lisle-sur-Tarn, come experience a different way of walking with sensory walks.

This stroll invites you to slow down and pay special attention to your surroundings: walk, breathe, observe, and feel in a new way. A moment to reconnect with your sensations and fully enjoy nature along the way.

Accessible to all, with no prerequisites, the walk takes place in a small group of a maximum of 10 participants. Some uphill sections are to be expected.
