Occitanie Artist Workshops Days: Jean Luc Favéro

Based near Rabastens, Jean-Luc Favéro has been drawing since forever. Trained at the Fine Arts School of Toulouse, he discovered both classical and conceptual art there, two approaches that still nourish his creative freedom today.

His journey then led him to sculpture, particularly using reclaimed metal cans that he cuts, hammers, and assembles to create large formats. A raw material that he transforms into works filled with stories, exploring notions of soul, container, and the relationship between human beings and the world around them.
