Les Caves Maillol in Perpignan welcome Domaine Ledogar, located in Ferrals-les-Corbières, in the Aude region. A family estate, Ledogar is now run by brothers Xavier and Mathieu Ledogar. On the terroirs of Corbières, they cultivate old vines of Carignan, as well as Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah.
The estate practices organic farming and favors natural winemaking, with minimal intervention in the cellar, to create lively, expressive wines that are deeply connected to their terroir.
