SPANISH CENTER - "CINE-CENTER"

The Spanish Center invites you to a new "Cine-Center" evening at the Castillet cinema in Perpignan, featuring the premiere screening of Historias del Buen Valle, a documentary by José Luis Guerín, presented in its original version with French subtitles.

Through the daily life of Vallbona, a working-class neighborhood on the outskirts of Barcelona, the film tells the story of the meeting of generations and paths from different backgrounds, exploring themes of memory, migration, social struggles, and urban transformations. A poetic work that highlights the human connections and forms of resistance that arise in the heart of this territory.

The screening will be followed by a friendly aperitif in the form of a potluck, conducive to exchanges and discussions about the film. Get your cooking ready, the Center is counting on you!
