Les Caves Maillol in Perpignan welcome Domaine Boudau, located in Rivesaltes, in the heart of Roussillon. A family estate passed down through several generations, Boudau is now led by Véronique and Pierre. On terroirs of rolled pebbles and clay-limestone soils, they cultivate Grenache noir and blanc, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Muscat.
The estate offers wines with a strong Mediterranean identity, balancing fruit, freshness, and indulgence, as well as emblematic natural sweet wines from Roussillon.
