Caves Maillol in Perpignan welcomes Zulu Wine, a project born in Roussillon and now led by Jessica Albero and Laurent Pujol. Established in 2015, Zulu Wine operates in the spirit of an independent label: imagining cuvées in collaboration with local winemakers and advocating for a free and vibrant vision of wine.

In parallel, Jessica and Laurent cultivate vineyards with La Recerca between Vingrau and Paziols, following a natural and minimally invasive approach. Grenache, Macabeu, Syrah, Muscat, and Carignan create a universe of fresh, unique, and deeply Mediterranean wines. A moment of sharing, discovery, and conviviality around the wines.
