Screens, sedentary lifestyle, and youth health
This is not about questioning the benefits of digital technology, screens, or artificial intelligence, especially in the medical field, but about understanding the consequences of excessive and uncontrolled use, particularly among the younger population. The time spent in front of screens can come at the expense of physical activity, sleep, and social interactions.
However, three factors play an essential role in the physical and mental health of adolescents: nutrition, sleep, and physical activity. Three closely linked and interdependent elements.
