Swim for the Heart at the Angelotti Olympic Pool

After the success of its second edition in October 2025, Swim for the Heart returns on October 3, 2026, from 10 AM to 5 PM, at the Angelotti Olympic Pool in Montpellier. Organized by the Languedoc-Roussillon Cardiology Association (ACLR) and the Heart and Health Club (CCS) of Montpellier, this event aims to raise public awareness about the benefits of swimming in the prevention and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases, the second leading cause of mortality in France.

Open to everyone, with no competitive spirit, this friendly event offers: adapted free swimming for all, activities for children, aquagym, aqua bike, training in lifesaving techniques, and a conference on the benefits of swimming for the heart. An intervention by Jacques Tuset, ambassador of extreme swimming, will conclude the day.
