Since the first photographic image revealed by Nicéphore Niépce, nearly two hundred years have seen the evolution of buildings, trades, and uses: life.
The Hérault departmental archives preserve numerous photographs visually documenting these changes, both in their public and private collections.
In a survey of the department, the Archives challenge you to recognize these iconic Hérault locations... which might just surprise you!
