SISM - ART FOR MEETING DIFFERENTLY

On the occasion of Mental Health Information Week 2026, the CCAS is organizing an event in collaboration with the home assistance service and the CMP on Wednesday, October 7th from 10 AM to 5 PM at the Jean Piat theater.
This day of awareness and destigmatization of mental health for a wide audience has the theme:
"For our mental health, let’s open ourselves to the arts."
The arts being a true engine of well-being confirmed by the WHO.
Many partners from Canet are involved and will offer from 10 AM to 12 PM workshops on mandalas, painting, musical awakening, and creativity.
At noon, there will be a musical break and a snack (registration required).
In the afternoon, a visit to Sculptors of Catalunya followed by a guided tour of the Gallery of Hospices.
At 4 PM, a coffee break and a moment of sharing to discuss representations of mental health.
