The final point of a series of events dedicated to cereals and legumes (bike tour of initiatives...), the Micro-Festival imagined under the impetus of Agropol’Eat, INRAE (DIVINFOOD project), and the Montpellier Metropolis (Fibani med project), is a significant, scientific, and festive moment for all audiences aged 0 to 99, involving numerous partners (Universities, INRAE, Institut Agro, CIRAD, Fablim, actors from the coopère 34 network, farmers, bakers, chefs, neighborhood associations, etc.) and taking place at the heart of the Agropolis Scientific Campus and within the future third place of Lavalette.
The program of the micro Festival: demonstrations, guided tastings, debates, bread and pasta making, and activities to learn, understand, and discuss complex societal issues such as agrobiodiversity, plant breeding techniques, food transformation processes; health nutrition aspects, gluten, the cadmium scandal, etc...
