A first edition that we can't wait to experience with you, featuring great gastronomy, traditions, music, and conviviality. Join us at the Arboretum of Canet-en-Roussillon for a day dedicated to arròs!

For this inaugural edition of Feriarròs, arròs and gastronomy enthusiasts will gather to celebrate one of the most iconic dishes of the Mediterranean.

👨‍🍳 THE GREAT CHEFS IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Many will come to share their passion and expertise:

• Yves Henrich, from the restaurant Le Vigatane

• Joël Jaquet, Champion of France of Paella 2026

• Grégory Cordoba, from Bidart

• William Téllez, coming from Tlaxcala, Mexico

• Frédéric Gallego, World Champion of Paella 2025

• Aymeric Lanes, Les Aymeriades and Le Carré
  …and many other chefs and enthusiasts who will reveal all the secrets of arròs through masterclasses, culinary demonstrations, and gourmet encounters.

🎙️ Throughout the day, Fabrice Mignot will host the event, bringing the festival to life in a friendly, festive atmosphere full of discoveries.

🍴 GOURMET SIDE
Get your taste buds ready!
On the menu: a giant paella, a delicious brasero, as well as a selection of savory and sweet specialties to satisfy all cravings.

🎶 AMBIENCE SIDE
Because a good festival is also experienced with music, bandas, DJs, animations, and surprises will enliven the day in a festive and warm atmosphere, reflecting the colors of the Mediterranean.

🌿 EXPERIENCE FERIARRÒS
With family, friends, or simply for the joy of sharing a good moment, settle comfortably in the green setting of the Arboretum park.
Feel free to bring a tablecloth, blanket, chair, or cushion to create your little relaxation corner and fully enjoy the day.
And to play along to the end… come dressed in white and leave with the official festival bandana! 🤍

ON THE MENU, THREE OPTIONS FOR YOUNG & OLD:

🥘 ARRÒS – TRADITIONAL VALENCIAN PAELLA
20 € adult · 17 € child (6 to 12 years): Access to the site + 1 arròs + 1 drink

🔥 BRASERO – MEAT
20 € adult · 17 € child (6 to 12 years): Access to the site + 1 brasero + 1 drink

🎟️ SITE ACCESS ONLY
4 € adult · 2 € child (6 to 12 years):
Online reservation required & payment on site on the day of the festival by card or cash.

👶 Access to the site is free for children under 6, excluding consumption.
🪑 Remember to bring your tablecloth to enjoy the countryside atmosphere
🐶 Dogs are not allowed
🚭 Non-smoking site - vaping allowed
☔ In case of bad weather, head to Les Voiles Rouges

⚠️ RESERVATION REQUIRED
The ARRÒS & BRASERO options must be reserved online or directly at the reception of the Canet-en-Roussillon Tourist Office.
No tickets will be sold on site on the day of the festival.
