2026 BULLFIGHTING TROPHY - CASTRIES

The 3M bullfighting trophy, an event organised in partnership with the French Federation of Camargue bullfighting and bullfighting clubs, launches its twelfth season on April 25.

Competition in Castries on May 16, 2026

This competition, which this year includes 13 races as part of the Trophées des As and Avenir calendars, is firmly rooted in the Camargue bullfighting tradition. It rewards the best raseteurs, manadiers, and also the "capelado," the opening spectacle in the arenas.

Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole will award, at the end of each race, a prize to the best race animator as well as to the best bull in the form of prize money, depending on the performance of the raseteur.
