The 20 km of Montpellier is coming soon! Join us on Sunday, November 29, 2026, for the 42nd edition.

The start and finish will take place at Domaine d’Ô and the relay at Esplanade Charles de Gaulle.

History of the Club

The LIONS CLUB MONTPELLIER-LANGUEDOC created the "20 km of Montpellier" in 1984 to fund the "social works" of the Club and thus uphold the motto of Lionism: SERVE.

This competition, benefiting athletes with disabilities, disabled children, and all the works supported by the Lion’s Club Montpellier Languedoc, is the first race ever organized in Montpellier. It has gathered up to 3,050 participants and mobilizes around 350 volunteers. It includes a 20 km race or a half course individually, a team race with a minimum of 4 runners and a maximum of 25 people, each running 20 km or the half course, and a relay race of 2 x 10 km.
