The Reunification of the Two Koreas

Le Scénophage welcomes The Reunification of the Two Koreas, a play by Joël Pommerat directed by Christophe Montrose. Far from any geopolitical evocation, the title refers to an exploration of love in all its complexity.

Through a succession of situations that are as funny as they are unsettling, the play highlights the contradictions of human relationships: infidelity, obsession, desire, separation, forgetfulness, or the need to believe in the other. The scenes, sometimes light-hearted, sometimes more poignant, compose a sensitive and uncompromising portrait of romantic feelings.

A creation featuring Bruno De Carvalho Coelho, Elie Morris, Françoise Souply, Isabelle Carter, Jennifer Daumas, Manon Caparros, Stephane Paillat, and Vanessa Mugnier.
