ISRAEL & MOHAMED
About
They are called Israel and Mohamed. One is a dancer, a major figure in contemporary flamenco; the other is a writer and director, a master of a theater of reality enriched by intimate stories.
On stage, they meet for the first time, without a pre-written role or fiction to embody. They talk about their names, their journeys, their misunderstandings, and their fears as well. Flamenco emerges, raw, fragmented, sometimes interrupted by words.
Gradually, a common ground takes shape. Without ever giving a lesson, Israel & Mohamed transforms listening, humor, and shared fragility into a sensitive strength, where differences cease to be boundaries and become relationships.
