The domain of L’Esparrou overlooks the reed beds of Cagarell and the pond of Canet. This wooded promontory, which is the origin of the lagoon's formation, is home to particularly rich and diverse fauna and flora. With over five hectares of woodlands and its immediate proximity to the pond of Canet and the wetlands of Cagarell, L’Esparrou serves as a true refuge for local biodiversity as well as an essential stopover for migratory birds.
