Exhibition "A Temporary Railway: Carmaux-Vindrac"

If there is a railway that has gone through a multitude of adventures, it is certainly the Carmaux-Vindrac line. From the initial idea in 1870 until its decommissioning in 1953, what troubles, what works, what modifications! And in the end, what has become of these efforts, these investments? Certainly, the project faced wars, economic crises, changes in political regimes, technical trials, changes in lifestyle, and accidents too!
This exhibition recounts this epic through various documents from the small history (25 months of operation) to the larger History....
Can we revisit its history and draw conclusions for the present, for the future?
