Celebration in Honor of Charloun Rieu

A day dedicated to tradition, culture, and sharing, with numerous events throughout the day.
And in the afternoon, it's time to discover our territory!
Starting at 8:00 AM, the Council of Young Paradounais invites you to join the hike on the La Routo trail, from Arles to Paradou, with an expected arrival around 3:00 PM.
From 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, also meet at the town hall square for games, activities, and discoveries related to transhumance and the heritage of our territory.
Finally, at 3:30 PM, the day will conclude with music featuring a grand concert by the group Li Bouco Fino, at the multipurpose hall of Paradou.

9:30 AM Mass in Provençal celebrated by Father Bruno Gerthoux - Saint Martin Church of Castillon
10:30 AM Flower laying and tribute - Paradou Cemetery
10:45 AM Traditional dances - In front of the Church
11:15 AM Traditional dances - Town Hall Square
11:30 AM Inauguration of "Plaço Charloun Rieu" and "l'Avengudo Jan Bessat" in the presence of the Capoulié of Félibrige. Songs by the children of the Paradou school
12:00 PM Aperitif offered by the Friends of Charloun Rieu - Town Hall Square
12:30 PM Participatory picnic - Abbé Paulet Square
While waiting for the young hikers from the "in the footsteps of Transhumance, La Routo" project (expected arrival around 2:45 PM)
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Activities themed around Transhumance and our territory
3:30 PM Grand concert by the group Li Bouco Fino - Multipurpose Hall of Paradou
