Restored in 2019, the Bocaud estate is a green oasis in the heart of the town of Jacou, housing both a media library and the town hall.

The building holds many stories since its construction in the 17th century by the Bocaud family, evolving over time into a true folly with its 3-hectare park, gardens, terraces, and statues.

Its fountains, washhouse, and even artificial cave highlight the omnipresence of water in the area. It is through this water that Jacou and its inhabitants, the jacoumards, will be narrated to you, providing a better understanding of the transformation of this former agricultural village into one of the most dynamic towns in the metropolis.
