Sten and Thistle and the SACEM files: a show to see before it gets banned!
As often happens, it all started with a silly idea: singing the lyrics of one song to the tune of another.

Imagine humming "Milord" to "Mirza" or even "Le zizi" to "L’Aziza" and try not to laugh. The strong comedic potential of this exercise inspired Nicolas Vezzoni and Lucas Lemauff to create a show.

A show in which these hybrid songs would have meaning and a story. This opening to a new imaginary world was the perfect opportunity to ride the wave of conspiracy theories by twisting their codes and poking fun at their absurdities. With these songs colliding, mixing, and overlapping, the goal is not just to make people laugh but to take the audience on a delightfully dizzying mental workout.
