Management is no longer as appealing as it once was, with more and more employees refusing to take on this role, seen as exhausting and unrecognized.

Should we then seek to abolish it completely? Or rather clarify its role so that it regains its nobility?

In a rapidly changing work environment, managers are the glue of companies. Are there fundamentals to preserve, and how do we transition from one management culture to another? Among all the managerial innovations, which ones truly engage?

A documentary that seeks answers on the ground from those exploring new practices with sincerity to make the role of the manager desirable and meaningful once again.
