MIRÓ ON HIS ISLAND
About

In a writing workshop, everyone can freely discover their poetic side, their space for creation, and their buried emotions. There is no judgment or goal to achieve.
The group is guided through mini-conferences, discussions, shared readings, stimulating images, and respectful listening. What sets the tone is the pleasure of being together, of speaking, reading, and hearing each other, and then discovering authors and artists.
Participating in a writing workshop generally leads to being surprised and pleased with oneself, with one's present and future creativity.
This time, echoing the exhibition "Joan Miró - Majorca, the workshop of dreams" at the Hyacinthe Rigaud Museum (Perpignan), with numerous testimonies, plenty of the artist's works, and some shared reflections on insularity, D.H. Lawrence, and... Alfred Jarry!
