For 1.5 hours, discover the history of wine, the basics of viticulture, and the main production methods. Learn about the specifics of French regions and the secret of food and wine pairings. Taste 5 carefully selected wines (2 whites, 3 reds) from various regions and profiles. Get introduced to a simple and professional method of wine analysis through the three phases of tasting: visual, olfactory, and gustatory.
