Discover the wild edible plants of the gardens and learn how to cook with them.
Embark on a journey to explore wild edible plants in the gardens of Château de Flaugergues.

During 1.5 hours, you will learn to recognize the plants that can be found in gardens, understand their culinary uses, and their properties.

The walk will be followed by a small foraging session. You will then head to the kitchen to prepare a tasty appetizer using the harvested plants.

The workshop will conclude with a tasting paired with wines from the Château.

A simple and friendly activity to discover wild plants in a different way and learn how to use them in cooking.
