La Fine Blanche® Celebrates 40 Years at Château Arton

Forty years ago, Château Arton took the bold gamble of launching Fine Blanche®, the first white wine brandy Armagnac to come into existence.
To celebrate this anniversary, we invite you to experience an unprecedented gastronomic journey. The kitchen becomes a spectacle thanks to the Cookal process, which enhances the products through flambéing with Armagnac! An inventive cuisine where Fine Blanche is featured at every stage of the meal.
And because this anniversary also celebrates the birth of Fine Blanche®, the still will make a stop at the estate during the celebration to give birth to the new Blanche.

In 1986, Château Arton opened a new path for Armagnac with the creation of Fine Blanche®. Forty years later, the story continues.

From the meeting between Lili Chieng de Montal and Jérémy Lauilhé, Best Craftsman of France Bartender 2023, a new vision was born: to reveal the full potential of the grape in the service of the cocktail.

We invite you to discover and taste his first creations on October 10 and 11.

Come celebrate this anniversary around a table where gastronomy meets distillation, where fire becomes a spectacle, and where Fine Blanche reveals itself in all its forms!
