Much more than a story, the new creation by Annie Laurence "Niute" LIEUTIER, is an ode to life, a message about the fundamental nature of nature, an approach to the vital link that connects human beings to the plant world. It is the call of the ANCESTOR TREE whose voice is carried through time. This tale, without heroes, reveals just a fragile balance where everything sometimes tips, a balance that depends on the role and involvement of each individual. Everyone can identify with each character. The voice, music, and dance intertwine, creating rhythm in the piece. Silence, as well as ambient sounds, are added. The two acts represent death and resurrection, illness and healing, revolution and evolution, confinement and awakening.
