Come experience an authentic journey, passionate winemaker Christophe will share his craft with you.
On the agenda:

• Short hike to visit the vineyard

• Demonstration of seasonal viticultural work.

• The azmourzade at the casot = winemaker's breakfast
  A gourmet break at the family Casot from 1910, an opportunity for you to taste a selection of local wines, charcuterie, cheeses, and of course, St. Paul crunchies.
