27th Apple Festival

The Apple Festival of Mirepoix returns for its 27th edition on October 17 and 18, 2026, at the Marechal Leclerc square.

Artisanal juice pressing, tastings of heirloom varieties, a market featuring local Ariège producers, apple sculptures, and family activities will be on the agenda.

On the program:
╰┈➤ All weekend: hosted by Carte Blanche

• 9 AM - 6 PM: Gourmet and artisanal market at the cathedral forecourt and Marechal Leclerc square.

• 10 AM - 12 PM: Mini chefs! For young foodies, pastry demonstrations and seasonal products under the hall.

• 1 PM - 3 PM: Activities by the Académie de la Georgette, presentation on the use of Georgette, and tastings under the hall with pastry demonstrations themed around apples.

• Balloon activities, face painting, pony rides, and apple juice making at the covered square and cathedral forecourt.

• On-site dining available all weekend.

╰┈➤ Saturday, October 17

• 9 AM - 11 AM - 3 PM: Walk against breast cancer of about 5 km organized throughout the day.

• 11 AM: Drop off your apple-based cakes for the contest and prize-giving (registration required).

• 3:30 PM: Performance by the orchestra "Estevets de monts-ras" from Palafrugell.

• 4:30 PM: Magic shows.

• 5 PM: Awards for the cake contest.

• 11 AM: Drop off your apple-based pies for the contest and prize-giving (registration required).

• 1:30 PM: Concert "Nico and Kelyan."

• 3 PM: Show "IciDanses" (Jazz and Neoclassical).

• 4 PM: Awards for the apple pie contest.
