The Prize for the Feel-Good Novel

The municipal cinema, Eden Cinéma, will host the festival "The Prize for the Feel-Good Novel" for 3 days.

Thursday, September 17 at 6:30 PM
Tribute to photographer Michel Lacanaud, an emblematic figure of Fontvieille
Screening of his short films and photographs

Friday, September 18 at 7 PM
Screening of "Attachment," by Carine Tardieu. Adapted from L’intimité (Actes Sud), a novel by Alice Ferney.
Discussion following the screening with co-screenwriter Raphaële Moussafir.

Saturday, September 19
11:30 AM — From Writing to Stage, with Didier Flamand. Actor, director, and filmmaker, Didier Flamand will read excerpts from one of his favorite authors.
3 PM — Meeting with Stefania Rousselle. Meeting followed by a signing session.
4 PM — Illustrated concert: "Night Train in the Milky Way." Adrien Demont (illustration) and Takuma Shindo (music) bring to life the album based on the novel by Kenji Miyazawa (Éd. Morgen, 2026).
5:30 PM: Award Ceremony for the 2026 Prize for the Feel-Good Novel

Announcement of the winner, followed by a signing session with the author and the writer jurors.
