European Heritage Days - Guided Tour of St. Michael's Church

In the heart of the village of Cestayrols, discover St. Michael's Church and the history of a village founded in 1252 by Olivier de Penne. Let yourself be guided through the circular streets and dive into the medieval past of Cestayrols, once entirely surrounded by ramparts and bustling with significant artisanal activity. The village notably had 53 artisans, including 22 weavers.

Built in 1372 at the request of Bernard de Penne, St. Michael's Church occupies a central place in the village's history and was also to become its burial site. Free or guided visit.
