MASSAGE WORKSHOP FOR LITTLE ONES

Workshops where children and adults fully and finely experience the present moment.
Whether it's gentle contact, skin-to-skin with an oil massage protocol for the tiniest ones, or healthy, safe, playful, and comforting touch for the older ones, the offerings are tailored to the age group of the children and their needs.

Babies from 0 to 18 months are undressed and wrapped in a towel. The massage, based on wrapping, holding, and stretching, awakens motor and sensory abilities, and the gentle, caring intention of the adult promotes emotional soothing.

For the children's workshop:

number of participants: 8 children and 8 adults.
In an institutional setting, the presence of a childcare assistant or educator is required to ensure personalized support if necessary.
The workshop will take place in a room of at least 30 m², heated (20°C in the ideal). Soft lighting (natural or avoiding overly bright ceiling lights). Floor suitable for bare feet (wooden floor ideally).
Participants must bring their own mat. Educational materials (balls, fabrics, etc.) provided by the facilitator.
