Objective DPE Class B for a 1970s Condominium
About
Add anto.info to your preferred sourcesTuesday, November 10 at 12 PM, ALEC Montpellier Métropole invites you to visit the construction site of a condominium undergoing renovation: the Le Rodin condominium. If energy renovation work is being discussed or is upcoming in your condominium, this is an opportunity to observe a construction site!
Insulate to Consume Less
This condominium of 221 units built in 1973 is pursuing its global energy renovation project. This approach aims to group different types of work into one large project to limit disturbances for residents, reduce overall costs, and benefit from substantial subsidies.
On the agenda: facade renovation with external thermal insulation, waterproofing and insulation of terrace roofs, insulation of floor undersides, installation of a hybrid humidity-controlled ventilation system type A, replacement of common area windows, and replacement of elevators.
Thanks to this comprehensive renovation, the residence will achieve a theoretical energy gain of about 70%, moving from an energy label E to a label B.
Construction Site Visit
The work is in progress. This visit is an ideal opportunity to see the energy renovation taking shape and observe its key stages on site. Whether you are a co-owner, a member of a syndicate council, or a property manager, you will be able to visualize the interventions carried out, understand the technical choices, and ask all your questions.
The various stakeholders in the project and advisors from ALEC Montpellier will be available to answer all your questions regarding the work or the project's financing.
Find all practical information and plan your visit.
