1ST EDITION OF THE ARROZ DE SAINT-ESTEVE

Ten amateur cooks from Saint-Estève will have 2 hours to create their best recipe using a provided list of ingredients and equipment from the organizers. A jury of gourmet judges, led by exceptional chefs, Champions of France and the world, members of the Toques Blanches of Roussillon Occitanie, will evaluate the dishes based on 3 criteria: taste, presentation, and mastery of the recipe. A festive atmosphere animated by bands, stalls from local merchants. Taste the arroz prepared by chefs, wines, oysters, and local products while sharing a friendly moment by the pond. In case of bad weather, the event will move to Saint-Mamet.
