MANIFEST — Reopening of Jazzsí in Barcelona

With MANIFEST, Jazzsí is not just celebrating a reopening: it is presenting a new way to imagine live music in Barcelona. The club on Carrer de Requesens is reborn as a space dedicated to creation, experimentation, and improvisation, designed as a meeting point between musicians, artists, labels, and curious audiences.
The inaugural evening on Friday, September 18 at 7:45 PM sets the tone: free entry, surprise concert, and various activities aimed at launching this new adventure. The idea is to come without necessarily knowing in advance what will happen on stage, and to rediscover that special closeness between artists and audience that a small venue allows.
The venue itself aims to go beyond the simple concert hall format. During the day, Jazzsí operates as a cultural bar centered around tapas, drinks, books, CDs, vinyl records, and cassettes; in the evening, it transforms into a space dedicated to concerts and musical sessions.
MANIFEST continues over the weekend: Saturday and Sunday’s programming features Behenii II, Damoridemort, and the duo James Brandon Lewis & Chad Taylor, along with other offerings.
