Cheese Fair

Two days dedicated to pastoralism, tradition, and gastronomy. Throughout the weekend:
Demonstration of sheep shearing, cheese tasting and making, sheepdog work.
Street entertainment (songs, dances, traditional music) and free activities for children. Tasting workshops, street market with over a hundred exhibitors. Sale of farm cheese by the piece.
