. Be between 18 and 70 years old, weigh over 50kg
. Have never been transfused
. Be in good health 😊
. Eat and hydrate before donating
. Duration: 1 hour, including 10 minutes for the blood donation
. Bring an identification document
. Your donation will help treat 3 different patients in the coming days
